CATEGORY #1 - PLANS

This category deals specifically with design, plans and blueprints. All structures are custom designed to fit your exact needs. We use outside drafting companies well as using several outside architectural firms. The plans include the following supplies and services.

Design - Preliminary plan, quarter scale model, and site design (if needed)

Drafting - Foundation and basement, first floor, second floor, wall layout, roof layout, electrical plan, decks, all exterior elevations, cross sections, site plan (if required) building details, building notes

Blueprints -10 sets of blues and the originals for running extra prints

Engineering -State engineering stamp (if required)
