Floor Calculations
We have not changed the pricing in the last year and prices are escalating rapidly, please add 20% to get a more accurate estimate.
his estimator generates floor structure costs. If the home has more than one floor system such as an "L" , "T" or "U" shaped structure, you will have to repeat the process to get a cost for each floor. Don't worry about interior walls or rooms but use the overall rectangular floor size. If the home has several types of floors, each should be calculated separately.
COSTS GENERATED BY THE FLOOR ESTIMATOR ARE NOT ENTIRELY ACCURATE. THESE VALUES ARE ADEQUATE FOR CREATING BUDGETS AND COSTS FOR OUR PRELIMINARY CONTRACTS. THE ONLY WAY TO CREATE TRULY ACCURATE ESTIMATES ARE BY HAVING A SET OF PLANS AND COSTING EACH ITEM.
The following assumptions have been made for each type of floor system.
